IND vs WI test day 3 highlights Stumps

Day 3 ended slightly better for the West Indies after they were bundled out in their first innings for 153. After Lunch Some nervy moments for the Windies openers. Barath and Braithwaite are doing their best to see off the storm. Yadav and Ishant Sharma bowled well but not well enough to get wickets.

West Indies were off to a flying start but they have lost Kraigg Brathwaite who was caught behind by Dhoni off Yadav's bowling. Barath and Edwards were counter-attacking though and this may just be West Indies' shining moments in this match.
Barath and Edwards were keeping the scoreboard ticking over without taking to may risks.
The turn that Ojha and Ashwin extracted from the pitch in the morning has all but disappeared and this has made the job for the batsmen a tad easier. They still need to bat well though.

Barath survived a loud appeal for a catch at forward short leg but lives on to battle it out against the Indian bowlers. However he was playing well and can't get better than this and scored half century.
Barath has batted remarkably well for his half-century but he has also had a few close shaves. On the other hand, Edwards looked composed and collected as he keeps the scoreboard ticking over.
West Indies went for Tea on Day 3 at 116-1 with Barath on 62* and Edwards 43*. The tourists were still trailed by 362 runs though.
Just after tea when Barath get's an edge to Ishant, and well judged catch by VVS Laxman, he made excellent 62 runs with 10 boundaries.

Edwards played well after the fall of Barath and without being panic he was very focused and played. During this he also scored his second half century.

When Kirk caught in front of the stumps while playing for a single the score was 161 for 3 and his individual score was 60.

During this Chanderpaul just scored 2000 runs against India and he will want to score plenty more runs in this innings to give West Indies any chance of salvaging something from this match.
West Indies were bundled out for 153 in the first innings, but have batted much better in the second innings to end at 195 for 3. Windies still trail by 283 runs and Bravo and Chanderpaul will have to continue from where they left off today. It's an uphill task for West Indies but they will want to make a match of it.
