Sl v/s Pak 5th ODI highlights result

Sohail Tanveer's unorthodox spell with his unorthodox bowling action with 4 for 34 and a fluent stand between Umar Akmal and Misbah-ul-Haq results in 4-1 Sri Lanka v/s Pakistan series win to Pakistan.
After winning the toss Sri Lanka decided to bat first. Well talented depth in their bowling Pakistan started well with both the opening bowlers with two new ball in the swinging conditions.
Pakistan seamers stepped up and well supported by the spinners later.
Sohail tanveer didn't have pace but he managed that one with his swinging ability. He fooled opener Upul Tharanga with an away swinger after feeding him three deliveries on the trot that moved in through the air. He was more threatening when he pitched the ball short of a driving length, something he realised quickly after being driven down the ground by Dinesh Chandimal.
In the interim, Umar Gul forced a loose shot from Tillakaratne Dilshan, who was caught behind. Thirty two for 3 soon became 46 for 4 when Chamara Silva, replacing an injured Mahela Jayawardene, was sucked in by a length ball that he nicked straight to slip, giving Junaid Khan a wicket in his first over.
The only batsman managed to stick to a slow pitch was Kumar Samgakkara who scored 78 runs by 100 balls. Angelo Mathews helped him along with 61 runs. They both managed to score 118 runs parternership between them.
And last but not the list Perera's little 18 ball 25 runs cameo helped them to cross 200 runs mark to set Pakistan 219 runs Target.
Pakistan started their run chase slowly with 24 ball no run phase when Mohammad Hafeez played some stroke to manage those dot balls.
The experienced hands of Younis Khan and Misbah, however, guided them in typical, workmanlike fashion. In a little over ten overs together, the pair added a half-century stand and strengthened Pakistan's position. That was undermined when Younis and Shoaib Malik, who have great record against India, were trapped in front by Mendis off consecutive deliveries in the 26th over.
Umar often left his crease to get to the pitch of the ball and comfortably kept the runs flowing. Misbah, on the other hand, opted to play from the crease, sweeping, reverse-sweeping, shuffling from one side to the other restlessly but effectively and keeping the required-rate under control throughout.
In the end it was Umar Akmal's quick 60 ball 61 runs get them to chase down the target to complete their task of 219 runs with 16 balls left.
